In the bowl of an electric mixer fitted with the dough hook, combine the flour, warm milk, sugar, butter, eggs, yeast and salt. Stir to combine on medium-low speed. You may need to use a spatula to scrape some ingredients off the sides of the bowl to incorporate.
Once the ingredients are mixed, turn the mixer to medium-high and mix for two to 3 minutes to knead the dough.
Place the dough in a well-greased bowl. Cover with a towel and let rise for about an hour, or until the dough has doubled in size.
While the dough rises, preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Spray a tube pan with non-stick spray and set aside.
Once the dough has doubled in size, pinch off sections of the dough to roll into 2 to 3 inch balls. Set on parchment until you've created about 45 balls.
