Of course, I had to include my classic Caramel Cake which has quickly become a crowd favorite. I knew after taking the very first bite with this new and improved recipe, that I nailed it! I’m so happy with how it turned out and how it’s available for all of you. If you’re looking for a simple cake where the caramel really shines, this is the one to try.
Cake #2: Dark Chocolate Salted Caramel Cake
Sometimes you just need a piece of a classic chocolate cake. In my Dark Chocolate Salted Caramel Cake, I use my go-to chocolate cake recipe as the base. Using dark chocolate cocoa really helps bring out that rich chocolate flavor. I pair this with my salted caramel frosting, which is one of the best flavor combinations. Cake #3: Apple Almond Caramel Cake
This Apple Almond Caramel Cake matches perfectly with my apple almond white chocolate buttercream. I got the idea for this cake recipe from the almond white chocolate gourmet popcorn from a local Salt Lake candy company. I kept adding more and more flavors and elements to this cake, and it turned out to be quite a masterpiece!
Cake #4: Caramel Apple Cheesecake Cake
I created this cake based on my No-Bake Apple Cheesecake Bars. After tasting those I immediately started thinking about how I could turn the recipe into a cake. This Caramel Apple Cheesecake Cake is a sweet combination of my bars, my Apple Cider Donut Bundt Cake, and my Oatmeal Biscoff Cake. So many delicious ingredients are baked into one cake. This one is a must-try!
Cake #5: Salted Caramel Honeycomb Cake
My Salted Caramel Honeycomb Cake is based on the most delicious salted caramel honeycomb donut I tried when I was visiting London with Ryan and the kids. If you don’t work with honeycomb too often, I included some tips on how to use it for your cake recipe. I hope you enjoy it!
